WHAT YOU'LL DO
Payroll Calculation
- Prepare the first and final payment calculation for both HK & offshore staff. You will be part of a fresh team that is able to proactively shape the Hiring policies and procedures function in an established global organisation, challenging existing processes and expectations with new and innovative ideas. This will require an ability to demonstrate a start-up mentality within a corporate setting, and tie back programme effectiveness to defined goals.
Taxation preparation for HK & offshore staff
- Prepare payroll report.
- Prepare information for filing staff salaries taxation.
Benefit program administration
- Insurance enrollment and termination.
- Handle the reimbursement for insurance and other benefit related.
- Handle the enquiry from employee and liaise with the vendors.
MPF arrangement
- MPF enrollment, transfer administrations
Manage and provide company credit card services to employees
- Apply and terminate company credit card when needed.
- Handle inquiries from employees and inform to the related parties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in HRM / BBA or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in MNC or payroll team. (Fresh Graduate Welcome)
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
- Personable and approachable individual that enjoys building relationships.
- Good presentation and communication skills in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.
